Manager's Comments:
Pinetree III Condominiums offer modern kitchen conveniences such as dishwashers and microwaves as well as the other necessary appliances. Each unit has six private bedrooms with a desk and oak chair in each room and privacy locks on all bedroom doors. There are three bathrooms in each unit. Six tenants fill each unit. They share the kitchen and living room areas. We offer free cable and wireless internet to all of our tenants. Pinetree III is an enclosed building. It has a laundry facility on the bottom floor and a lounge area on the top floor. The office is located on the second floor. The building is located almost directly behind the Snow College Activity Center. If you walk through our gate you will walk right into the Activity Center where all the action is - volleyball, basketball, raquetball, pool, weight room, climbing wall, and tennis. Enjoy all the Activity Center has to offer free with your student activity card. Pinetree III is "College Living At Its Best!"
