This is a very nice house in great condition. It is well kept up and looks good inside and out. It is large, 2700 square feet, and each room is very spacious with two closets (except one). There are two bathrooms. There is a large living room, a large family room, formal dining room and large kitchen. It is fully furnished. The washer and dryer are free. It has central air. It has a big back yard with a fire pit, and patio with a barbeque. It also has a garage. The house is located right next to Adam's Park which has sand volleyball and picnic areas, and is close to Logan's free LTD bus system. It is walking distance to USU campus, just three blocks away. Come take a look at the place, you will not be disappointed! (we are full for the '08/'09 school year)
