This is a Brand New building with everything that a student wants for comfortable housing. Large kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Kitchen has oak cabinets,ceramic tile floor, microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large walk in pantry and message center. Laundry has counter space and washer and dryer in each unit. Each unit has two large (220 sq. ft,shared, but may be private for an additional fee) bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms (190 sq ft private) with a built in desk, bookshelves, nick-nack shelf, custom closets with mirrored closet doors.
